Hello HLG Alumni!

I hope this finds you doing well. I don't know about you, but I am really looking forward to spring! Students are back after Spring Break. Some went home for R&R, others volunteered for missions in Haiti, some to the beach to share Christ with other spring-breakers. Our Trojan baseball team returned from Clearwater, Florida, toting a trophy in hand. With a championship and an 8-1 win/loss under their belt, the Trojans are ready for a winning baseball season. They will host Central Methodist University at home this Friday. Why not check out the game schedule and see if the Trojan's are going to be in your area? Come to the game and cheer them on!

It was so nice hearing from so many of you after my mass e-mail! It's a great way to stay in touch. If there is anything I can help you with, any questions, or suggestions you might have, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Recently I attended an alumni conference in Nashville. I received a lot of new ideas for homecoming activities, class reunions, and annual fund ideas. It was a pleasure, and with a great deal of pride, that I was able to share with fellow alumni directors all the great things that are going on at HLG.

Alumni, I know many of you are still paying on college loans, perhaps you've just moved in to a new home, have a new job, a new baby, etc., or perhaps it's just something you've always meant to do, but just haven't done yet. Will you take the time to consider how you might give back in appreciation for all HLG means to you? Remember, no gift is too small! You have the ease of giving on line now-it's quick and painless! I hope you will pray about how you can help, and please know how very grateful we are for every gift.
