Kori Braden, MSN, RN
Assistant Professor of Nursing, First Year
"Teaching the first year students is amazing in order to see how they start, with little to no experience in the healthcare field and by the end of each semester you see how much they have grown in knowledge and confidence," said Kori. "I love seeing the reaction with students when something 'clicks', the see the relationship to what was talked about in theory and see or do it first hand in the clinical setting."
In her free time, Kori enjoys spending time with her husband and two children fishing, camping, and riding four-wheelers. She also enjoys being a co-faculty leader of nursing mission trips to the Dominican Republic.
