Construction is rolling along pretty fast.
On the outside, the brick is all up and crews are quickly working on the Dryvit. Dryvit is a material that looks similar to stucco. The windows are all in, and temporary doors are in place.
Inside, the walls are all up. Mechanical systems and sprinklers are being installed. The dry wall has been hung, and workers are busy mudding and taping. Painting will begin soon after Christmas with ceiling grid soon to follow.
The plan is to start moving in May, with grand opening in August. We continue to fundraise for the furnishings.
Please keep this project in your prayers. Thanks for your continued support.

|Helpful Hints from HLGU Career Services
In a 2011 job survey conducted by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), employers rated "teamwork" as a top candidate skill. See list below.
Top 5 Candidate Skills/Qualities
1. Verbal Communication Skills
2. Strong Work Ethic
3. Teamwork Skills
4. Analytical Skills
To accomplish the mission and goals of a business, employers need employees who understand the importance of teamwork. Successful teamwork involves individuals with "will do" attitude and "can do" abilities.
To further develop a willing attitude and teamwork abilities, consider paid and volunteer opportunities, such as:
- Church participation
- Civic involvement
- Community service
- Organization/club memberships
When an employer scans a candidate's application, portfolio, reference letter, or resume, the employer is looking for evidence of contribution and connection to a team effort. When the employer finds proof of "teamwork," it is like striking gold!
