2016 HLGU Christmas Concert

Hannibal-LaGrange University invites the community to the free annual music department Christmas concert on Thursday, December 8, at 7 pm in the Roland Fine Arts Center.

Performances will be given by the HLGU Concert Choir directed by Lori Scott, and the HLGU Symphonic Band conducted by John Francis.

Pieces to be performed by the concert choir include a wide range of music from “He is Born,” to “Good King Kong Looked Out,” and other favorite Christmas carols. The symphonic orchestra will perform Christmas medleys, “O Holy Night,” featuring a soprano soloist, and other holiday music. There will also be a special percussion ensemble performing “Carol of the Bells.”
