A Message From the President

Greetings!

Welcome to the Hannibal-LaGrange College web page. I want to thank you for taking the time to visit us via the Internet.

These are some of the most exciting times in the history of Hannibal-LaGrange (or HLG as our friends call us) with record enrollments, new facilities, added programs, and much more. If you are a student looking for the college that is right for you, I invite you to come and look us over. You'll find a group of people who care about you as an individual and who are interested in your success. On this campus you will be known by name, not just by number.

I hope you enjoy your cyberspace visit, but I want to invite you to come and see for yourself the many opportunities our students enjoy. From ice cream socials, concerts and late-night games, to movie marathons, sporting events and, of course, classes, our students find plenty to do. Their opportunities for involvement include mission trips to Houston, New Orleans, Chicago, Hungary, Switzerland, and Panama, as well as other wonderful experiences.

Come and visit a classroom; talk with a professor; spend the night in the dorm. We believe you'll be convinced that HLG is the college meant for you. Our mission at HLG is to provide a "quality education in a distinctly Christian environment." We would love for you to be a part of a quality program and an outstanding student body.

For our alumni and other friends who have chosen to log on, welcome. Enjoy a tour of your college. I believe you'll be pleased with the great strides we've made in recent years. I also want to extend an invitation for you to come to the campus and pay us a visit.
