Lady Trojans Sign Calderon

HANNBIAL, Mo. – The Hannibal-LaGrange Women’s Volleyball program has recently announce the signing of outside hitter Rachel Calderon of Perkiomenville, Penn.  Calderon transferred in from Eastern University.  Before attending Eastern for a semester, Calderon had been a student-athlete at Pennsylvania Biblical University for three semesters.

While attending Pennsylvania Biblical, Calderon was twice named to the NCCAA First All-Region team, was honored as a Second Team All-Conference member and was named the team’s MVP last season.

Calderon is the daughter of Roberto and Terri Calderon and plans to major in English while attending HLGU.

HLGU is a Division I NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) school and a member of the American Midwest Conference.
