HANNIBAL, Mo. – The No. 14 Trojans improved its AMC record to 6-0 Thursday afternoon with its 7-0 win over rival Missouri Baptist. The win marks the ninth straight for the Trojans and its seventh shutout of the season.

The Trojans went up 2-0 right before the end of the first half after Sergi Beltrol found Thiago Pereira at the top of the box. Pereira then snuck a shot past the Spartan goalkeeper for his eight goal of the season.
Things really got out of hand for the opposing Spartans in the second half as Hannibal-LaGrange let loose for four goals and capitalized on an own goal by Missouri Baptist.
The Trojans’ third goal came in similar fashion as its first. Once again a shot was deflected off of the Spartan goalkeeper but this time it was Alex Porras with the rebound and goal for the Trojans.
