HLG WRESTLING SIGNS WOODS

Hannibal, MO-The Hannibal-LaGrange College wrestling program recently signed Benjamin Woods of Carlinville, IL, for the 2007-2008 season. Woods graduated from Carlinville High School in Carlinville, IL, in May of 2006.

Woods participated in wrestling as well as football in high school. In wrestling he was voted most improved in 2004, MVP in 2005 and 2006, was a sectional qualifier from 2004-2006, and was a state qualifier in 2006.

Woods plans on majoring in Bible at HLG.

Woods is the son of Keith and Ann Woods.

HLG is a Division I NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) school and a member of the America Midwest Conference.
