HLGU Lady Trojans Volleyball Host Annual "Pink Trojan Classic" Tournament

HLGU's Lady Trojan volleyball squad will once again be hosting is annual “Pink Trojan Classic” in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness. The squad and coaches invite everyone to wear pink in honor of supporting the event. The tournament will take place on Friday, October 12 and Saturday, October 13, 2012. Games on Friday will begin at 3:00 pm and on Saturday games will begin at 10:00 am.

“We are currently selling short sleeve t-shirts and will have a donation bucket if people want to give,” stated Coach Brubaker. “This year we have chosen to give the money raised during the tournament to one of HLGU's own. Men's basketball coach Jason Durst's wife, Jennifer, was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. It was an easy decision as to where/who the money should be given to.”

Pink t-shirts are on sale for $12.00.
