HLGU Gives $2000 Scholarship to 2013 New Year's Baby

Hannibal, MO- On Wednesday, January 2, Hannibal-LaGrange University president, Dr. Anthony Allen, presented Hannibal Regional Hospital’s 2013 New Year’s Baby a $2000 scholarship to HLGU. Gabriela Nicole Wooldridge was born on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at 9:33 a.m. Gabriela’s mother, Courtney Wooldridge, was very happy and grateful for the various gifts that local businesses had been given to them. “Presenting the HRH New Year’s Baby with an HLGU scholarship has been a tradition for several years now. Awarding this special scholarship reminds us each year that the future of HLGU is bright. We look forward to seeing Gabriela on campus in 18 years,” stated Allen.
Hannibal-LaGrange is a four-year Christian university fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
