Elizabeth Miller, a student at Hannibal-LaGrange University, will hold her senior capstone project on April 5, 2014 at the Roland Library. This free community event will teach important job skills necessary to further careers. It begins at 8:00 am and ends at 12:30 pm. A light breakfast will be provided. All college students and members of the community are invited to attend.

This Discover Your Career Potential event will be comprised of a resume building station, an interview skills workshop, a career assessment, and a question and answer panel. Highly experienced career professionals from Hannibal and Kansas City will be leading the sessions and will be sharing their knowledge with the attendees.

Elizabeth Miller, 19, is a senior at HLGU, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in media communication on May 3.

"I see so many people around me with so much potential, but they just aren't quite getting it. They don't know that they can succeed in the career that they want," said Miller, "But with a little direction and help, I know they can excel."
