HLG WRESTLING SIGNS TRONE

Hannibal, MO-The Hannibal-LaGrange College wrestling program recently signed Jeff Trone of Quincy, IL, for the 2007-2008 season. Trone graduated from Quincy High School in Quincy, IL, in May of 2006.

Trone had a very successful wrestling career in high school. He was a two-time regional champ, a conference champ, his overall record was 36-3 which broke the prior win record at QHS within his weight class.

Trone plans on majoring in computer information systems at HLG.

Trone is the son of Lisa Trone.

HLG is a Division I NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) school and a member of the American Midwest Conference.
