Hannibal, MO -The Hannibal-LaGrange College Women's Soccer program improved to 1-3-1 with a 3-0 win over the Illinois College Lady Blues.  In the all-Trojan affair, Hannibal had 22 shots while holding IC to just two.

Hannibal's first goal, an Alysa Askew finish, was assisted by Christina Schremp.  The Lady Trojans came back out of the gate kicking, scoring just 12 seconds into the second half; again, Askew was involved in the attack by stealing the ball from a Lady Blue defender and depositing a sneaky pass right into the run of Caitlin Symons, who scored her first goal on the young season.  Megan DeHues topped off the Trojan foray with a header of a Kaela Crushorn corner kick.  Brittany Johnston recorded a clean sheet in goal for the Trojans, who will be back in action next weekend in Kansas City.

HLG is a Division I NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) school and a member of the American Midwest Conference.
