Mail is delivered to the campus mailroom. Mailboxes are located on the first floor of the Burt Administration Building across from Public Safety.
Services
The HLGU campus mail room offers the following services:
- Purchase stamps
- Shipping options:
- U.P.S. (United Parcel Service)
- U.S.P.S. (Unites States Postal Service)
- Fed-Ex (Federal Express)
Postage must be paid prior to shipping.
The campus mail room accepts cash and checks. At this time it does not accept debit or credit cards.
Student Mailboxes
Each residential student will be assigned a keyed mailbox.
If students receive a package, a small wooden block will be placed in their mailbox and a notification will be sent to the student’s official HLGU email.

HLGU mailing addresses/boxes are for residential students only. The name of the student MUST be on the incoming piece of mail. Mail without a student name will be returned to the sender.
