If your HLGU account has a credit balance you can designate available funds to be used for a book voucher. If you choose to use the voucher, your textbook purchase will be charged to your student account, therefore reducing your credit balance on your student account. Your account credit balance will be verified after this form is submitted. Please fill out the form below to request a book voucher.

I understand that the amount of book voucher received is contingent upon the available credit balance in my HLGU student account. I also authorize HLGU to charge my student account for any purchases made using my book voucher.
