For the purpose of scheduling, reporting, and budgeting, the program is broken into three non-traditional terms. A non-traditional term will consist of 25 weeks and 15 hours minimum.

Tuition and fees are paid at the beginning of each HLGU Degree Completion Program non-traditional semester. The application fee is paid at the time of application.
