SUMMARY:Alumni & Friends Golf Classic
DESCRIPTION:Our 2020 Fall Homecoming will once again be a wonderful event to attend. A big part of Homecoming is the HLGU Alumni & Friends Golf Classic. This year’s Classic will take place on Friday\, October 2. I invite you to once again participate in this competitive\, yet fun-filled event. \nAll golfers are welcome to participate in the Classic. This year’s proceeds will help the HLGU golf team with their season. Last year\, nearly $1000 was raised to support the renovation of the HLGU weight room. \nThe Classic will be a scramble with contests to determine the longest drive\, closest to the pin\, and longest put. Prizes will be awarded for each skill contest\, along with the winning team receiving an award. \nNorwoods Golf Club\, Hannibal\, MO\nBBQ Lunch & Check-in: Noon\nShotgun start: 1 pm \nTeam mulligans (2) and team skirts (2) are available for $20/card. Two cards may be purchased by each team. \nI hope you are able to join us for fresh air\, good fellowship\, and a fun day of golf. Enclosed with this letter is a sign-up sheet. Please designate who you would like on your team. If you prefer\, we can assign you to a team. \nGolf Classic Registration Form \nWe look forward to seeing you on October 2.
