POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Manager is responsible to the Vice President of Enrollment Management. The position is full time and offers benefits as specified in the staff handbook.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the day to day operations in the Office of Admissions
- Responsible for processing applications.
- Responsible for compiling, documenting, letter flow correspondence and maintaining applicant files and prospective student files/data.
- Administrative Assistant duties including but not limited to, answering telephone, completing expense reports, setting up meetings, welcoming and registering guest, and entering applications.
- Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
- Assist with inventory supplies.
- Assist with special events.
- Assist with applicant correspondence flows and files.
- Supervises up to six student assistants.
- Other clerical/computer needs from Vice President of Enrollment Management.
- Other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Enrollment Management.

- Works closely and frequently with all departments on campus.

- Strong organizational skills.
- Must have values consistent with the mission and purpose of Hannibal-LaGrange University.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Two years of successful management responsibility in a multi-task office environment preferred.
- Proficiency in general computer and office skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
