DESCRIPTION:The 2020 St. Louis Baseball Cardinals Caravan presented by Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance is coming to Hannibal\, MO! Join us at Hannibal-LaGrange University’s Mabee Sports Complex on Saturday\, January 18\, 2020 for the chance to talk baseball and meet current players\, Cardinals alumni\, broadcasters\, and Fredbird. There will be autographs\, raffle drawings\, and more. The event takes place from 6 pm to 8 pm A list of players coming to Hannibal will be available in January 2020 at cardinals.com/caravan. \nThe Cardinals will again be implementing the autograph ticket system at Hannibal LaGrange University. The first 400 children 15 years and under through the door on the day of the event will receive a free autograph ticket which guarantees one autograph from either a current or former player\, broadcaster\, or Fredbird. DESCRIPTION:Hannibal-LaGrange University announced Pam Tebow as the keynote speaker for the 78th Annual Booster Banquet. The banquet will be held Friday\, November 22\, at 7 pm. Tickets for the banquet will be available for purchase on September 1. \nPam Tebow is the mother of Tim Tebow\, famous NFL quarterback. Pam’s notoriety increased when Tim\, then quarterback for the Florida Gators\, became the first sophomore to win the Heisman Trophy. During the nationally televised Heisman broadcast\, ESPN aired a portion of an interview that focused on her refusal to abort Tim when she was advised to do so. She was given an instant national platform to encourage the prolife message. \nPam is passionate about encouraging people of all ages to trust the Lord with all their hearts for all their lives and use the incredible influence God has given them to eternally impact their world. Louis Zamperini is the subject of Laura Hillenbrand’s latest book\, Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival\, Resilience\, and Redemption\, which has repeatedly been in the number one position on The New York Times Bestseller list and was made into the 2014 movie Unbroken\, directed by Angelina Jolie. \nLuke Zamperini is also an executive producer to a sequel of Unbroken which is on the way from the film’s original producer\, Matt Baer and God’s Not Dead Franchise Director Harold Cronk. This sequel will look at the life of hero Louis Zamperini post WWII. SUMMARY:Trojan Basketball Community Night
DESCRIPTION:Hannibal-Lagrange University would like to invite the surrounding area to a Community Night on December 14\, 2017. There will be no ticket fees for this game. The Men’s and Women’s basketball teams will be hosting Park University. \nThe games will begin at 5:30 PM with the Women’s tipping things off. The Hannibal-Lagrange Lady Trojans look for their first win in AMC Conference play.  The Hannibal-Lagrange University Men’s basketball program will begin at 7:30 PM as they look to improve their AMC conference record and currently sit in the top four in the AMC.  The men’s team had a two game winning streak going before a loss on Monday night by two points to Missouri Valley College. \nThe Mabee Sports Complex doors will be open for free admissions at both games as Students will be off campus at this time due to Christmas break. Hannibal-Lagrange University would like to fill the stands and make it a great atmosphere for both the spectators and the athletes.

DESCRIPTION:Hannibal-LaGrange University announces Coach Steve Spurrier as keynote speaker for the 76th Annual Booster Banquet. The banquet will be held Thursday\, November 16\, at 7 pm. \nSteve Spurrier is well known for his lengthy and successful career in football. He served as the head coach for three college and two professional teams and was also an exceptional college football player before spending nearly a decade playing professionally in the NFL. \n Tickets for the banquet will be available for purchase on September 1. Prices are as follows. \n$60 General Admission Ticket – before October 30 – Includes banquet admission \n$75 General Admission Ticket – on and after October 30 – Includes banquet admission\n\n$200 Executive Admission Ticket – Includes reserved parking\, admission to a private reception with Steve Spurrier on November 16 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm\, and a special reserved seat at the banquet. Attendees to the private reception will be able to meet Coach Spurrier and have a photo taken with him. \n$1500 Sponsor a Round Table – Includes eight executive tickets for a special price. \nDue to the limited amount of executive tickets\, you must call the office of institutional advancement at 573.629.3124 to purchase them by credit card only.
