Martin Porter has been appointed the new Director of Dining Services at HLGU. Porter is a seasoned Fresh Ideas Director and has spent the last few years opening new Fresh Ideas dining services accounts in the Kansas area. Porter previously served as the HLGU Campus Chef from 2012-2014.
Aaron Neale has been appointed the Campus Chef at HLGU. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu – St. Louis in 2012 and has received numerous Le Cordon Bleu Spotlight Awards. He is thrilled to bring great, fresh food to the HLGU community.
“I’m thrilled to return to my roots at Hannibal-LaGrange University,” Porter said. “Our goal is to bring fun, new interactive ideas to the dining program. I have really missed the Hannibal-LaGrange community. I am looking forward to strengthening those community ties, while creating a memorable experience for the students, faculty, and staff who visit our dining areas.”
