POSITION SUMMARY
Maintenance Employees report to the Director of Facilities. The position is full-time for 12 months a year and offers benefits as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Carpentry
 Plumbing
 Electrical
 Heating and air conditioning
 Clean up of construction debris
 Room set up for college and community activities
 Vehicle cleaning and repair.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must demonstrate proficiency in at least one area of maintenance including but not limited to:
 HVAC
 Carpentry
 Electrical
 Plumbing
 Locksmithing
 Welding
 Metal fabrication
 Auto mechanics
 Small engine repair

 Additionally, must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and be comfortable working at heights up to 50 feet.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING
 High school diploma or equivalency required
 One year of experience in Maintenance
