Position Title: Maintenance Worker

POSITION SUMMARY
Maintenance Employees report to the Director of Facilities. The position is full-time for 12 months a year and offers benefits as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Carpentry
Plumbing
Electrical
Heating and air conditioning
Clean up of construction debris
Room set up for college and community activities
Vehicle cleaning and repair.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must demonstrate proficiency in at least one area of maintenance including but not limited to:
HVAC
Carpentry
Electrical
Plumbing
Locksmithing
Welding
Metal fabrication
Auto mechanics
Small engine repair
Additionally, must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and be comfortable working at heights up to 50 feet.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING
High school diploma or equivalency required
One year of experience in Maintenance
