Richard Pugh

Richard Pugh is currently the assistant principal at Veterans Elementary School in Hannibal, Missouri. He has been an administrator for 15 years in the following positions:
Assistant director of student services, middle school assistant principal, school administrative manager of academic services, summer school principal, and an elementary assistant principal. Richard has also been a teacher for Quincy Public Schools and worked at JWCC as a GED instructor and Educational Talent Search Advisor.

All his experiences have enabled him to impact on the lives of others, prepare individuals for future independence, and help individuals find their purpose in life.
