David Robarts, Ph.D.

Assistant Professor of Christian Studies & History, Online Design Coordinator

Dr. Robarts oversees the creation and redevelopment of online courses and the supervision and training of online professors. He also serves as a professor of History and Christian studies. Before coming to HLGU, he briefly worked as a Special Education teacher in Nevada and an Associate pastor in California. Both jobs confirmed that he was called to serve in higher education, where loves teaching and discipling students, preparing them to serve as Christian witnesses wherever God calls them.

He enjoys running, hiking, and skiing and snowboarding. He also loves role playing and heavy strategy board games, reading science fiction novels, and is currently writing a book on demonic forces, temptation, and sanctification.
