Megan Karr, Ed.D

Adjunct Professor of Education

I am Dr. Meghan Karr and I have always had a passion for helping students grow and succeed, which has guided my journey in education. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders, a Master of Science in Education in Special Education, an Educational Specialist degree in Administration, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Over the years, I have served as a teacher, a principal in both early childhood and elementary settings, and now as an Assistant Superintendent.

In addition to my work in K–12 education, I enjoy supporting the next generation of educators through my role as an adjunct instructor at several colleges and universities, where I teach both undergraduate and graduate students. I also enjoy presenting at professional conferences, where I have had the opportunity to share ideas, collaborate with colleagues, and learn from others in the field.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to students, families, and educators, and I feel grateful for the chance to contribute to both local schools and higher education.
