Albert Higdon

Albert Higdon has a BS in Criminal Justice and Environmental Science and a minor in Photography from Truman State. He is retired from the Hannibal Police Department and was a Director of the Northeast Missouri Drug Task Force He is currently a Reserve Officer with HPD and a commission with the Marion County Department.  He has over 35 years of police experience. His hobbies are golf and woodworking.
