Justin Sheppard is an adjunct professor of Criminal Justice at Hannibal-LaGrange University. He had an accomplished career as a Law Enforcement official and elected official from 2005-2020. For 16 years he served as a law enforcement officer in many different ways such as: patrolman, Sergeant Deputy, director of communications, administrator of a correction facility, and drug task force officer. For 4 years he was an elected county commissioner where he and two other elected commissioners presided over the county.
Sheppard began his academic career as an adjunct professor at Hannibal-LaGrange University in 2021 and has since been promoted to instructional faculty for the 2022-2023 academic year.
