Program Option: Pathways to Proficiency
The Pathways to Proficiency Program is designed to help paraprofessionals, teaching assistants, and teachers of record obtain Missouri Teacher Certification while applying their work experience toward their degree.
The program allows candidates to apply two years of relevant work experience toward up to 30 credit hours, expediting program completion.
