Official Transcripts
Hannibal-LaGrange University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering online. Official transcripts may be ordered using any major credit card. The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options, attaching additional paperwork, and fees. You may order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. A transcript ordered through the Clearinghouse is $10.00. A transcript ordered in the office is $15.00 with an additional 2.25% ($3.95 minimum) convenience charge if paying by debit or credit card.
If ordered online, order updates will be e-mailed to you. You may also track your order online. To order an official transcript(s), please visit the Clearinghouse order center.
No transcript will be provided until all accounts (tuition, fees, parking and library fines, etc.) have been satisfactorily settled.
